Stem Cell Supernatant Therapy

Stem cell supernatant therapy

Human stem cell-based therapy, which utilises hundreds of bioactive substances released
by stem cells in culture; no stem cells are used in the treatment.

Expected benefits.

Growth factors, cytokines and other bioactive substances secreted by stem cells act directly on stem cells and cells with high regenerative capacity in the body to promote tissue regeneration.

■Tissue and nerve repair action
■Anti-inflammatory effect
■antioxidant action
■Trauma healing effect
■Immunomodulatory effects
■Active oxygen removal
■Vascular regeneration and angiogenesis
■cosmetic action

Types of stem cell supernatant fluid.

Milk pulp stem cell culture supernatant

Pulp cells are the nerves of the tooth in the centre of the tooth. It contains a large number of high-quality nervous system stem cells and myeloid stem cells. They are effective not only for the repair and activation of cranial nerves, but also for organ systems.

What immortalised dental pulp-derived stem cell supernatant solutions do we handle?

⇒New patented technologies!!

Immortalised stem cell supernatant solution was purified using a technology invented by Dr Minoru Ueda of Nagoya University, which ‘can produce a culture supernatant solution of the same quality from stem cells obtained from milk pulp without deterioration, no matter how many times they are cultured’. This technology has been patented internationally in nine countries.

≪high quality!!≫

The pulp is covered by enamel and is therefore less susceptible to cancer cell invasion and exogenous influences and is said to contain good quality stem cells.
They are taken from the infant pulp because young cells contain more growth factors.
Stem cells derived from dental pulp have been shown to be effective not only in repairing the nervous system, but also in ageing skin care, such as improving skin turnover and elasticity.

Bone marrow-derived stem cell culture supernatant

Exosome quantity!!

And this stem cell supernatant solution contains 136 billion exosomes per ml, according to Dr Takahiro Ochiya, a leading researcher on exosomes at the Department of Molecular Cell Therapy, Tokyo Medical University Research Institute!
This is approximately ten times more exosomes than are found in a typical stem cell supernatant fluid!
These exosomes are believed to dramatically increase the production of immune cells in the body.

≪Selected high quality≫

This bone marrow-derived stem cell culture supernatant that we offer is extracted from selected stem cells that meet the following criteria.
① Exosomes and cytokine content highly regarded by that Professor Takahiro Ochiya!
→ As well as 136 billion exosomes per ml, it also contains 5-10 times more BDNF and 20-40 times more HGF in terms of cytokines than normal supernatant fluid.
② Extracted from young stem cells with high levels of growth factors and high proliferative potential!!
③ Selected stem cells that meet strict requirements.
→ Donors (stem cell donors) are not only tested for various infections, but also for the presence or absence of cancer genes up to two generations, and only stem cells from donors who have cleared these tests are used.
It also does not contain IGF-1, a cytokine with hypoglycaemic effects.
④ Limited culture to maintain high quality!!
→Stem cells deteriorate with continued culture. The stem cells used in this stem cell culture supernatant solution are strictly limited to only three passages of culture, thus maintaining their high quality.

【Umbilical cord-derived stem cell culture supernatant】

‘Umbilical cord-derived stem cell culture supernatant therapy’ is a supernatant solution produced from stem cell cultures taken from the human umbilical cord.■Domestic production

The products are manufactured in strictly controlled facilities in Japan. The cell culture rooms are ISO class 5-6 cleanliness-controlled and cell culture is carried out by clinical culturists. The commercialisation processes of purification, sterilisation, filling and lyophilisation are also carried out in clean rooms with ISO class 5-7 cleanliness control.

■ Cultivation technology

The company uses its own Zeno-free cell culture media for all processes from isolation and culture to passaging of stem cells, and Zeno-free products are also used for cell preservation solutions and cell-dispersing enzymes.

Risks and side effects.

Side effects such as pain at the puncture site, internal bleeding and neuropathy from injections and infusions are rare. Allergic reactions are said to be almost non-existent, but please consult if you have had allergic reactions in the past.

Clinical use of stem cell culture supernatants

Systemic administration by intravenous drip

(1) The culture supernatant fluid is added to a solution such as an intravenous drip and slowly administered intravenously. The wide variety of cytokines contained in the culture supernatant solution is expected to activate cells in damaged areas of the body and improve various ageing phenomena. It does not cure diseases, but improves the damaged environment and promotes the metabolism of damaged cells, thereby providing a preventive effect for a wide range of diseases and a complementary therapy for disease improvement.

(2) One of the characteristics of the effects of 'stem cell culture supernatant fluid' is 'repair of damaged areas'. As it compensates for weakened cell parts, the effects appear differently depending on the method of administration, but the body and skin are improved from the areas that require restoration. Regular treatment is also expected to prevent ageing, treat thinning hair and maintain health.

■ cardiovascular disorder
■ impairment of liver function
■respiratory impairment
■ renal impairment
■ Complications of diabetes mellitus

Intracerebroventricular administration by nasal drip

The active components of the culture supernatant fluid cannot pass through the cerebral blood barrier of the capillaries in the brain in a normal intravenous infusion. Therefore, if there is a brain disease or functional decline due to ageing, it is administered intranasally instead of by intravenous infusion.

■Improvement of memory loss
■ Improvement of various symptoms after stroke
■ Complementing Parkinson's disease

Number of treatments

Although there are individual differences depending on symptoms and other factors, some people feel some effects after the first treatment; many people seem to feel some effects after five to six treatments. Stem cell culture supernatant solution can be administered by intravenous drip, local injection, intra-articular injection or topical therapy, and is thought to exert its effects by activating stem cells in the body, in addition to the action of growth factors, immunomodulatory factors, anti-inflammatory factors and nerve regeneration factors produced by the stem cells, depending on the pathological condition. The effects are thought to occur through the activation of stem cells in the body.
